How do I place an order & make payment?

To place an order, simply add your items to cart and checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship worldwide! Shipping includes tracking number. After adding items to cart, upon checkout, you will be able to view the shipping cost before you proceed for payment. 

I cannot select "International Shipping".

Input your shipping address and select the country you are from. Once the country is selected, you will be able to select "International Shipping". 

How much is shipping fee?

Shipping fee depends on the weight of your order, which is calculated at check out. Once you have added all items to cart, go to "Check Out" page and the shipping fee will be shown to you before you make payment. 

We ship from Singapore, with 3 types of shipping services that you can select during check-out:

  • DHL: Shipping takes 2-5 business days, with full tracking until it arrives at your doorstep. Guaranteed 100% refund if parcel is lost.
  • FedEx: Shipping takes 2-5 business days, with full tracking until it arrives at your doorstep. Guaranteed 100% refund if parcel is lost.
  • International Trackable Mail: Most affordable option, with limited tracking capabilities (for some countries, it stops tracking after it arrives at the country destination). Usually takes about 14-21 days to be delivered, but in some rare cases it may take up to 3 months or more. In the event of lost mail, we will assist with the investigation but we will ultimately not be responsible for lost mail.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or PayNow (for Singapore customers).
