Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers

Starting today (22 August 2025), due to new U.S. customs regulations, we will no longer be able to offer International Registered Mail (or other standard postal services) for shipments to the United States.

What’s changing?

  • The U.S. will be removing its de minimis exemption from 29 August 2025. This means all imports, regardless of value, will be subject to duties and taxes.
  • As a result, SingPost (Singapore's postal service) has suspended acceptance of commercial parcels to the U.S. via Registered Mail.
  • Only express courier services (such as DHL or FedEx) will continue to be available for U.S. shipments.

What this means for you:

  • If you are ordering from the U.S., shipping will now only be available through DHL or FedEx.
  • You may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

I understand this change may cause inconvenience, but it is outside my control. My priority is to ensure your orders arrive safely and smoothly, and express courier services are the only compliant and reliable option moving forward.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support 💖
