This is a 2-in-1 Japanese Android smartphone which includes both NFC and Infrared. They are compatible with Tamagotchi 4u, 4u+, P's, iDL.
This phone is only meant for use with Tamagotchi. You cannot link your Google account and you cannot login to Google Play Store.
IMPORTANT: This phone comes with a limited warranty. The period of warranty starts from the date of item being shipped and lasts 50 days. Warranty covers: NFC or IRDA not working, phone does not charge/switch on, or any other issue that is not caused by the user.
Warranty does not cover: Any minor defects on the phone that does not affect the usage (as the phones are used, visible signs of use should be expected), and any malfunction or damage that is caused by the user.
Upon assessing the the situation, if we verify that you are eligible to be covered for the warranty, we will come to an agreement to rectify the situation, either by giving a refund or replacement.
- Phone model and color is RANDOM.
- Phone only, NO CHARGER included. You can use any Micro USB cable for charging and data transfer.
- NFC Mode: NFC will not turn on while the phone is plugged into a charger. NFC will only work while the phone is not being charged.
- You CANNOT use it with a SIM card; only WiFi
- Condition: 8/10 (take note, these are NOT new phones, they are used)
- Has NFC, infrared, WiFi, bluetooth.
- Every phone is tested by me personally to ensure the NFC and Infrared works fine with Tamagotchis before shipping out. I will also install the 4u english app by Mr Blinky into the phone for you.
- We will pre-loaded all the necessary files for ID, IDL and P's.
- Phone will be set in English Language before being shipped out to you

- Please note that if you stop using the phone for a long time and the battery loses all its charge, you will need to use a charger of higher voltage (5V2A, typically used for tablets) to activate the battery again.

Mode of Payment
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or PayNow (for Singapore customers).
Wait time for handmade products
Depending on the amount of orders we have on hand, there will be a 3-4 week wait for all handmade products, especially Tamagotchi crochet covers, as the covers are handmade one by one. We make the covers according to the sequence the order was received. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and seek your kind understanding.
Shipping Types and Wait Time & Delays
We ship from Singapore, with 3 types of shipping services that you can select during check-out:
- DHL: Shipping takes 2-5 business days, with full tracking until it arrives at your doorstep. Guaranteed 100% refund if parcel is lost.
- FedEx: Shipping takes 2-5 business days, with full tracking until it arrives at your doorstep. Guaranteed 100% refund if parcel is lost.
- International Trackable Mail: Most affordable option, with limited tracking capabilities (for some countries, it stops tracking after it arrives at the country destination). Usually takes about 14-21 days to be delivered, but in some rare cases it may take up to 3 months or more. In the event of lost mail, we will assist with the investigation but we will ultimately not be responsible for lost mail.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fee depends on the weight of your order, which is calculated at check out. Once you have added all items to cart, go to "Check Out" page and the shipping fee will be shown to you before you make payment.
Unclaimed Shipment
In the event of unclaimed shipment, your parcel may be returned to us if you have provided us with an incorrect address, or if it is left unclaimed with your local postal service for a long period of time (usually 1 month, depending on your country). If we have receieved the returned unclaimed parcel for these 2 reasons, and you wish for us to ship it to you again, you will need to pay the shipping fee again. If you prefer a refund instead, the amount that will be refunded to you will be 90% of the cost of the item, excluding shipping fee. This is to cover the processing fees which include packaging/transporting and labor fees.
Refund
If your change your mind about an order and it is not yet shipped, a full refund may be given to you. However, if the item is already shipped, then no refunds will be given.
